Ingredients

  • 15 g carrot
  • 30 g onion
  • 40 g potato
  • 100 g tamato
  • 50 g beef

Instructions

  • Dice the beef, onion, carrot and potato
  • Beef and some onions are pickled to remove the fishy smell
  • Add a little oil to the pan and stir-fry carrots and onions. The onions are sweet and fragrant after being fried.
  • Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel and cut into pieces
  • Add to the pan, stir fry and then add water to cook
  • Put beef cubes into the pot and cook together
  • Cook over medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes. All ingredients should be cooked thoroughly and the flavors should blend together.
  • It's done when the juice is reduced to this extent. Since I cut the pieces into small pieces, the time is short. If the pieces are large, it will take longer

Notes

1. Choose beef with a little bit of marbling. Beef tenderloin is relatively tender and is very suitable for making this beef soup.
2. Onions are crucial to the flavor of this soup and must not be missing.
