  • loofah appropriate amount
  • garlic appropriate amount
  • oil appropriate amount
  • salt appropriate amount

Instructions
 

  • Peel the loofah and cut into sections. Chop the garlic into minced pieces
  • Add salt and oil to minced garlic and mix well
  • Pour the minced garlic onto the loofah and steam over high heat for 5 minutes
