Sour soup beef

  • 200 g Beef slices
  • Sauerkraut moderate
  • garlic moderate
  • chili moderate

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the ingredients. 200g of beef slices, a pack of pickled fish sauce (only pickled cabbage), a few garlic cloves, a few small red peppers, and a few scallions.
  • Slice the garlic, cut the red pepper and chives into sections
  • Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, then blanch the beef slices. Remove and set aside
  • Add a little oil to the pan, add garlic and chili and stir-fry until fragrant, then add sauerkraut and continue to stir-fry. Then add appropriate amount of hot water and cook for five minutes
  • Remove the sauerkraut and place in a large bowl
  • Put the beef slices into the pot and continue to boil, add a little chicken powder to season. Then pour the soup into the bowl
  • Pour a little oil into the pan, and when the oil is 70% hot, add the chili peppers. Turn off the heat and pour into a bowl. Garnish with some chives and serve

Notes

There is salt in sauerkraut, so there is no need to add more during cooking
