Ingredients
  

  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 carrot
  • 10 mushroom
  • 2 Ginger and Garlic
  • 1 spoon Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 g Chicken Essence
  • 10 Sichuan peppercorn

Instructions
 

  • Raw materials: break the broccoli, slice the carrots, and soak the dried mushrooms!
  • Boil water, add broccoli and carrots, and bring to a boil again
  • Remove from the water and set aside!
  • Heat oil in a wok and sauté peppercorns
  • Stir-fry the ginger and garlic
  • Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for two to three minutes
  • Add the carrots and broccoli and continue stir-frying for three minutes, add the light soy sauce and stir-fry for a while, then add salt and chicken essence to season
  • Plate and enjoy

Notes

Be careful when adding salt, as this dish requires almost no salt
