  • 2 tomato
  • 3 eggplant
  • onion a little
  • ginger a little
  • garlic a little
  • Sichuan peppercorn a little
  • salt appropriate amount
  • sugar appropriate amount

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the above ingredients
  • Cut the eggplant into pieces and score them a few times to make it easier for the flavor to absorb
  • Dice the tomatoes
  • Finely chop green onion, ginger and garlic
  • Heat oil in a pan, add chili peppers and sauté until fragrant
  • Add the eggplant and stir-fry until softened
