Ingredients
  

  • 2 cucumber
  • 2 Cherry tomatoes
  • olive oil moderate
  • salt moderate
  • 5 pieces Mint leaves
  • 3 g Black pepper
  • Blue cheese moderate

Instructions
 

  • Prepare cucumbers and tomatoes, wash them, and peel the cucumbers
  • Cut cucumber into round slices
  • Slice the tomatoes horizontally, and choose slightly harder tomatoes
  • Tear fresh mint leaves and sprinkle them on the dish
  • Put a little salt on the vegetables
  • Sprinkle a pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • Pour in appropriate amount of olive oil
  • Cut blue cheese into small pieces and place on the vegetables
  • Mix well before eating

Notes

Choose tomatoes that are harder, so that they are less likely to leak juice when sliced. Cherry tomatoes can also be used. The amount you eat is limited, so you won't feel any discomfort.
