Prepare cucumbers and tomatoes, wash them, and peel the cucumbers
Cut cucumber into round slices
Slice the tomatoes horizontally, and choose slightly harder tomatoes

Notes
Choose tomatoes that are harder, so that they are less likely to leak juice when sliced. Cherry tomatoes can also be used. The amount you eat is limited, so you won't feel any discomfort.
