  • Beat the eggs in a bowl until smooth and fully combined to create a rich egg wash.
  • Dip each banana piece completely into the egg wash, ensuring every surface is coated.
  • Roll the egg-dipped banana pieces in the bread crumbs, pressing lightly so the crumbs adhere firmly.
  • Heat cooking oil in a fryer or deep pan, then add the breaded banana pieces. Fry for approximately 5 minutes until the exterior turns golden brown and crispy.
