- 40 fresh blueberries
- 250 ml pure milk
- 1 tsp honey
Rinse fresh blueberries thoroughly under cold running water and pat dry gently. Skip thawing if using frozen blueberries.
Add all blueberries and milk to the blender jar.
Run the blender on the "fruit juice" or "smoothie" mode for 30-45 seconds, stopping once to scrape down the sides if needed, until completely smooth and no berry chunks remain.
Pour immediately into a chilled glass and enjoy
