  • Break open a cauliflower, wash it, and blanch it in boiling water (the cauliflower is most nutritious if it is not blanched, but with the pesticides nowadays, hey! If it is organic vegetables, it is better not to blanch it)
  • Chicken breast slices, Add one eighth tablespoon of salt, 1/3 tablespoon starch
  • 1/2 light soy sauce (chicken breast is too white when fried, so add a little light soy sauce for seasoning and color)
  • 1 tablespoon of water, stir in one direction.
  • Boil the cauliflower in boiling water
  • Heat the oil until the chicken slices are diced, and add the chopped green onions when they are half cooked
  • Add cauliflower and stir fry
  • To prepare the water shortage: 1/2 tablespoon of starch
  • Add 6 tablespoons of water. Mix well and add to the dish. Coat the dish with the sauce, turn off the heat, drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
