Asparagus Salad

Asparagus salad is a regular in my diet. It made me realize that losing weight is not about enduring hunger and unpalatable food, but about choosing ingredients wisely and making healthy and delicious dishes in a simple way.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g asparagus
  • 1 g salt
  • 2 petals garlic
  • 1 scoop Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 scoop Chili Oil

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the asparagus.
  • Chop garlic and wash asparagus and cut into oblique sections
  • Boil water in a pot until salt is added
  • Add chopped asparagus and cook for 1 minute
  • Take it out and put it in a bowl, add garlic froth. You can use a fan to blow away the heat.
  • Add soy sauce and chili oil
  • Just mix well
