Apple and Corn Soup
This is a soup I often make for myself. It's filling, nutritious, and you don't have to worry about gaining weight even if you drink a lot. It's great for breakfast, a late-night snack, or even as a main meal when you're on a diet, paired with bread, red bean buns, or salads. It's definitely worth trying! If you're cooking fresh corn when it's in season, blend the kernels in a blender, then add water, rock sugar, and apples and cook. The taste and nutritional value will be even better
