I just got a soymilk maker and was excited to try all sorts of ways to make it. I even made pumpkin and glutinous rice soymilk, which was slightly sweet and delicious. Today, a relative gave me another large pumpkin, and I added peanuts and cornstarch to make even more flavorful and delicious soymilk. But since I don’t have beans in it, I’ll just call it a soup.

Ingredients
  

  • 110 g pumpkin
  • 25 g corn flour
  • 20 g rice
  • 40 g peanut
  • clear water appropriate amount

Instructions
 

  • Fry peanuts in a pan
  • Peeling peanut skins
  • Wash the rice and cut the pumpkin into small pieces
  • Put appropriate amount of water in the soy milk machine and add pumpkin
  • Add peanuts
  • Add cornstarch
  • Add rice
  • Press the "Dry Beans" button

Notes

1. Fry the peanuts before beating them for a more fragrant taste.
2. You don’t need to peel the pumpkin.
3. Adding glutinous rice is even better.
