When exploring healthy food, I always like to try all kinds of novel combinations. Once, I accidentally found papaya and purple sweet potato in the kitchen. Their attractive colors and rich nutrition gave me an idea, so I decided to combine them together to make papaya and purple sweet potato puree.
The charm of this dish lies in its rich nutrition. Purple sweet potato is rich in dietary fiber and antioxidants, which helps to promote digestion and enhance immunity; papaya is rich in vitamin C and digestive enzymes, which helps digestion and beautify the skin. The combination of the two is not only delicious, but also has high nutritional value.
Regular consumption of purple sweet potatoes can help lose weight, build body and prevent cancer. Papaya is warm in nature, sour in taste, and enters the liver and spleen meridians; it has the effects of digestion, deworming, clearing heat and dispelling wind
