Shiitake mushrooms have a unique aroma. Cooking them with chicken in soup is particularly nourishing and delicious. The soup becomes even sweeter after adding red dates and figs. The chicken can also be taken out of the soup and dipped in soy sauce to eat. It has both soup and meat. Shiitake mushrooms can resist cold viruses because they contain an inducer of interferon, which can induce the production of interferon in the body, interfere with the synthesis of viral proteins, and prevent them from multiplying, thereby enabling the body to produce an immune response. Figs can clear away heat and promote the production of body fluids; strengthen the spleen and stimulate the appetite; detoxify and reduce swelling. It is mainly used for sore throat, dry cough and hoarseness, moistening the lungs and relieving coughs, and intestinal heat and constipation
