Have you ever had this experience? In an inadvertent moment in life, because of a bowl of soup or a dessert, you feel an unexpected warmth and happiness? On a lazy weekend afternoon, I used Tremella and lotus seeds to make a bowl of Tremella and Lotus Seed Soup that surprised me.
It was an ordinary weekend, the sun shone through the curtains on the floor, and I decided to make some dessert for myself. When I was looking for ingredients, I found Tremella and lotus seeds. Tremella is shaped like a small ear, and lotus seeds are like small ingots. These unique appearances make me think they are very interesting. I first soaked the Tremella in clean water and tore it into small pieces. I also soaked the lotus seeds in advance, removed the core and washed them. Ingredients
- Tremella Moderate
- Lotus seeds Moderate
- crystal sugar Moderate
Instructions
- Soak the Tremella in clean water until soft, then wash and tear into small pieces
- Soak the lotus seeds in clean water until soft and wash them
- Boil water in a pot and add white fungus.
- Add lotus seeds as well.
- Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and simmer for about half an hour. When the lotus seeds are cooked, the white fungus is ready.
- Finally, add rock sugar according to your taste. I put in five small packets
