- 1 apple
- 1 pear

Instructions
- Rinse the strawberries and chrysanthemums with running water several times first. Running water can prevent residual pesticides from seeping into the strawberries and chrysanthemums
- After rinsing the bitter lettuce and strawberries, add clean water, add a little salt, and soak them in light salt water for 5 minutes to kill the harmful microorganisms remaining on the surface of the bitter lettuce and strawberries
- Peel and wash the apples, dice them, and soak them in light salt water to prevent surface oxidation and discoloration
- Peel and dice the kiwi, orange, and pear
- Soak the bitter lettuce and strawberries in light salt water, then take them out and rinse them again with clean water. Remove the leaves of the strawberries and cut them into pieces for later use
