I bought some matsutake mushrooms, and they were so fragrant I couldn’t resist. Turning them into all sorts of delicious dishes is my mission, haha!
I used them to make soup today, and the aroma filled the house while it was cooking. It was absolutely amazing!

Matsutake and lean pork soup
I bought some matsutake mushrooms, and they were so fragrant I couldn't resist. It's my mission to turn them into all kinds of delicious dishes
Ingredients
- 7 Matsutake
- 350 g lean meat
- 4 pieces red dates
- 3 pieces ginger
- 1 Xinhui Tangerine Peel
- Salt appropriate amount
Instructions
- Wash the matsutake mushrooms with clean water first, then soak them in water until dry. Do not throw away the soaking water
- Wash the tangerine peel, and clean and pit the red dates
- Cut the lean meat into thick slices and add three slices of ginger
- Put appropriate amount of water in the pot, put lean meat and ginger slices in cold water
- After the water boils, skim off the blood foam
- Pour the matsutake mushrooms and the soaking water into the pot, along with tangerine peel and red dates
- Bring to a boil again over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for about 1.5 hours. Add a little salt to taste when eating
