Ingredients
- Momordica charantia Half a root
- 1 apple
- Iced mineral water appropriate amount
- Honey appropriate amount
- salt appropriate amount
Instructions
- Remove the bitter melon pulp. Use chopsticks to swirl it around a few times to remove the pulp
- Dice the bitter melon
- Soak the diced bitter melon in salt water for 10 minutes to remove some of the bitterness
- Peel the apples and cut into small pieces.
- Drain the bitter melon and put the apple into a food processor
- Add iced mineral water
- Run the blender for 30 seconds
- Filter the juice into a cup, add honey and mix well before drinking
