Ingredients
- apples Appropriate amount
- papayas Appropriate amount
- mangoes Appropriate amount
- Salad dressing Appropriate amount
- Breadcrumbs Appropriate amount
- Wafer paper Appropriate amount
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Cut the apple, papaya and mango into small pieces and set aside
- Add appropriate amount of salad dressing fruit pieces
- Mix well
- Place a small amount of the mixed fruit salad on a wafer paper
- Then roll it up
- Fold both sides up, seal the opening with water or egg wash, and roll it up
- Coat with egg wash
- Then coat it with another layer of breadcrumbs
- Heat the oil, then fry the ingredients until golden brown and remove from the pan
