Ingredients
- American lettuce Appropriate amount

- 2 pieces carrots
- Bell peppers a little
- 1 item cucumber
- 1 pieces tomato
- salad dressing Appropriate amount
Instructions
- Choose the lettuce you like
- Thinly sliced chicken breast and blanched for 1 minute
