Ingredients
- 1 pieces chicken breast
- lettuce appropriate amount
- cherry tomatoes appropriate amount
- Thousand Island dressing appropriate amount
- 2 g black peppercorns
- 1 Chrysanthemum
- bell peppers appropriate amount
- 1 lemon
- 2 g Salt
Instructions
- Wash the chicken breast, pat dry, and marinate with salt and black pepper for about half an hour
- Break the cleaned lettuce into pieces, tear the bitter melon into small sections, and cut the bell pepper into pieces for later use
- Place all the greens in a large bowl and add enough water to soak them
- Heat a frying pan, add olive oil, and sear the chicken breasts
