As a food lover, I am always looking for cooking methods that can satisfy my taste buds and take health into consideration. Recently, I embarked on a surprising and delicious adventure in the kitchen – Air Fryer Orleans Roasted Chicken thighs. This dish completely conquered my taste buds and gave me a new understanding of the magic of the air fryer.
I remember that when I first tried to make this dish, I was still nervous. Orleans roasted chicken thighs have always been a popular dish in restaurants. The bright red sauce, the sweet and spicy taste, and the perfectly roasted skin have always made me miss it. But every time I want to replicate it at home, I am worried that frying will make the whole kitchen greasy and I will consume too much fat. However, when I saw the air fryer, I seemed to have found the key to solve the problem.

Air fryer Orleans chicken thighs
Ingredients
- 2 chicken thighs
- 1 pack Orleans Seasoning
- 2 scoops Cooking wine
Instructions
- Soak the chicken thighs in cold water, wash them, wipe dry and put them into a sealed bag. Pour in a little cooking wine and marinate for half an hour to remove the fishy smell.
- Take out the chicken thighs and use a toothpick to poke small holes all over the chicken thighs. Of course, it would be better to have a special hole poketer.
- Pour the Orleans seasoning powder into the large bowl containing the chicken thighs.
- Put on disposable kitchen gloves and rub the seasoning powder and chicken legs evenly.
- Seal it again and marinate for at least an hour. It is best to rub it a few times during the process for better results. You can also refrigerate and marinate overnight.
- Put the marinated chicken thighs into the air fryer, fry them at 200 degrees for 8 minutes, then turn them over and continue for 10 minutes, and finally turn them over for another 3-5 minutes.
